Easy tasty recipe the garlic gives the carrots another dimension of flavor. We enjoyed them very much

These are very yummy!! I sliced the carrots diagonally into smaller pieces & was able to cut the cook time in half as well as omit the need for water. I will definately make this again.

Excellent carrots Sarah! I used only 2 Tbsp oil and it was enough. These were simple and delicious. Thank you! Made for Aussie/Kiwi swap #19.

The carrots were lightly glazed with a hint of garlic. Basic ingredients which produce an excellent recipe. I used a cast iron saucepan with lid and kept the temperature at medium low. After adding the water, the carrots were cooked to our liking in 15 minutes.
