I am just now eating this soup and cannot say enough good things about it....creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. It's hard to believe how easy it was to make. I made it even easier by using already shredded carrots (about 2 1/2 cups). The only other changes I made were to use veggie stock base and add just a slight sprinkle of sweet curry powder. Thank you, twissis, for such a delicious and easily made soup...mmm!

Well twissis this is an enchanting soup. When you take a sip, or two, you feel that everything must be alright with the world. The SMooooThness.....is just well...outstanding. Please try this soup, you won't be disappointed. This is an easy soup to put together, and you can use $$ blue cheese or even a lesser blue cheese crumble. The only addition was I threw in some minced onion, (I was chopping for "Saturday Lunch at the Farm" and put them with the onions on the first round. No need for salt, maybe the chives as suggested, but other then that such a wonderful recipe. Thanks so very much twissis, this is a more then keeper.
