This is great! I thinly sliced my carrots instead of shredded because I wanted more crunch. I used golden raisins and I put in 1 cup instead of 1/2. I also added 1 tsp. fresh chopped mint for color and I loved its taste with this salad! Thanks for the recipe!

This carrot-raisin salad is wonderful. I did it 4 times I think. Perfect as a side-dish with my lunchs. The last time I didn't put lemon juice. And sometimes I use less raisins cause I think it's too sweet. Thanks for the recipe

Unfortunately this did not go over well. My kids love carrots and raisins and yogurt and I thought this salad would be a winner for them but none of the kids liked it. I think it was to tart for them. I had so much of this salad leftover that I don't think I will make it again, sorry.

This is really nice after it sits over-night. The yogurt gives it a good twang, and I think adding apples or pineapple bits would be great also!
