Sooo yummy! And the great thing is that I can drink this at night and not have to worry about the sugar or caffeine keeping me up! For my glycemic-conciencious husband, I use agave necter instead of honey, works like a charm. Thank you!

I am a severe critic, and I don't give 5 stars all the time, but this stuff was delicious. I just started eating carob recently and I expected this to be something I would need to get used to, but it was really good. I did make one alteration. I had to use rice milk, but to make it creamier I added about 2 Tbsp MimiCreme before filling the cup with rice milk.

This tastes wonderfully chocolatey! I love it so much, and like HappyMami, I felt okay about drinking a mug of it while snuggled in bed last night And I used agave nectar and soymilk for vegan reasons. Thanks so much!!
