I made this for a cookie exchange, and it went over well. Everyone loved these cookies. It is hard to press the pecans in the dough the way it says, so just do what you can. I drizzled the caramel and chocolate on the top. They looked really pretty. Everyone loved these! Very tasty too. I also sprinkled sugar on the top of each of them when they got out of the oven before I drizzled the caramel and chocolate. That is optional. Overall, great cookie!
