Caramel Pecan Pie

SERVES 8 , 18 9 inch pie (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch)  pie crusts

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1 (12 1/4 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (or you can use margarine, melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Directions

  1. 1
    HEAT oven to 350°F
  2. 2
    Beat eggs slightly with fork in medium bowl. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Stir in topping and butter; mix well. Stir in pecan halves. Pour filling into pie shell.

    Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean.

    COOL thoroughly on rack before serving. Cover; chill to store.
