Ok, this was awesome! I actually pan seared the pineapple in a little bit of butter and I made my own caramel sauce. I got a great sear on the pineapple and it was very similar to grilling, the flavors combined were spot on. DH even came back to eat some more of mine ( he usually only takes a bite of dessert and his on his way). Thanks SrtaMaestra. Made for PRMR 9/08.
