I made this for our New Year's Eve fondue dinner and dessert. We had butter pretzels, Pan Shortbread, marshmallows, apples and bananas to dip. I also had chopped chocolate to sprinkle on top. My family loved the bananas the most followed by the apples. They thought the marshmallows were over the top sweet. The next time I make this I'll probably do half the recipe just for 4-6 people. This is really sweet and a little goes a long way. Thanks for a fun dessert that my DD talked about for days.

I made this for a youth event for about 50 people in a 6 quart crockpot. It was so amazing. My favorite was dipping marshmallows. Wow and so easy!

This was incredible! We made it on New Years Eve and dipped Granny Smith apples in it. It was so rich and creamy. The only problem I had was that their were still small pieces of cream cheese present that I could never get to melt--although I see now that it needed to be soft, and I think we pulled right from the fridge. It still tasted yummy, but if you want it to be completely smooth, be sure to start with soft cream cheese as noted. Thanks for posting! We will make this again.
