This recipe was shared by one of my fellow Weight Watchers. I'm not much of a person for sweets, but this was REALLY good in my book! 1 Cup equals 5 points.

This is one of my favorite apple salad recipes. Easy and sooo good. I double the recipe for potlucks and come home with an empty bowl. Next time, I'll try it with vanilla pudding like chef 1285381 did.

This makes a whole lot more than 4 servings. It's also super easy to make and super delicious. I used regular pudding because that's what I had. I used Lite Cool Whip and the crushed pineapple was sweetened with Splenda. I think it could have used some nuts. I may put some in the next time. Thanks for posting!

This was absolutely wonderful! I used green apples instead of red because of preference, and I used french vanilla cool whip. It turned out so delicious! We will be making this often!

This is one review I'm embarrassed to write, but I signed the 'honesty petition'... DH ate the WHOLE BOWL (less two forkfuls) in ONE DAY! When he got halfway through, he stopped long enough to give it 5 stars. When I told him it was fat free, he said to give it one more star! I did get the two forkfuls and it was very good. This would be a good recipe for a summer/fall picnic or potluck. VERY easy to put together, and very tasty.
