Thanks for this recipe, it was good. I found the ingredients a little on the bland side (I know, it's meant to be simple)....I added a herb/garlic mix to the potatoes. The fish crisped up really well. And the tartar sauce is great, I wish I would have had some relish on hand, that would have made it even better. I did cook for longer at a slightly lower temp because I was using new potatoes.

So good and easy. I made this for dinner and we all loved it. The fish was nice and crispy and the chips were perfect. I did sprinkle the chips with season salt and garlic powder.
