This is such a refreshing drink on a warm (albeit unusual) November day. I had froze some cantaloupe this summer to keep on hand for smoothies as I love em. I cut the recipe down a touch as I was just serving myself. I used plain yogurt and then added one packet of splenda for sweetness. Of course I still kept with the addition of honey. Made for Sweet Traditions Tag.

Wow! We love cantelope but sometimes it can get boring, or they are too firm and not great to eat. This recipe cures all that. The flavor of cantelope and OJ go wonderfully, and no more underripe fresh fruit. Thanks for a keeper recipe.

Delicious Syd, simply delicious. We really enjoyed this special treat. The cantaloupe and orange juice create a lovely flavor. It was sweet, the texture was perfect, smooth, silky and pulpy. Just the way I love them. I especially enjoyed the use of the vanilla in this smoothie. Thanks very much for sharing.
