I make this for my church special dinners at Thanksgiving and at CHRISTmas, but I sprinkle chopped pecans over the poatoes before I add the marshmallows.

This is how my nana made these, how mom made these,and how I make these
The brown sugar is so sweet and with the butter - hmm yummy!!!! You need no other spices. This year we did not use the marshmallows and its just as good. Wanted to post a picture but they are all gone, so maybe I'll make them this weekend and snap one then. Thanks for posting this recipe it is a classic indeed.
