My DD used this recipe tonight to marinade steak for kabobs. We all give it 5 stars for simplicity and 5 stars for taste. We will be using this recipe again and again. Thanks so much.

Very nice. I think next time I will add a little less lemon, not much, but a little. I used chicken breasts and grilled them. Very tender. Thank you for the lovely recipe.

This marinade tastes great and goes together very easily. I was worried about the amount of salt and to a small extent my worry was justified. I marinade veggies: asparagus, broccoli crowns, green onions, whole mushrooms, and sliced carrots. I marinaded them about 4 hours and then grilled them. The only veg that had a sodium overload was the carrots and to a smaller extent the mushrooms. So Avoid those 2 if marinading veggies. Other than that the flavor was great especially the broccoli. I waould do this again in a heartbeat!

Oh wow! This chicken turned out succulent after I marinated it according to your recipe! Great job Geema! Let me tell yall about the slight modifications I made; first of all, I used two chicken breasts and cut them into large pieces, then submerged them into a container after I had mixed the ingredients. I added some cayenne (cause I add it to everything and then I marinated it for about 4-5 hours. My honey grilled it and it turned out absolutely perfect! this one is definitely a keeper for me!
