These are the best homemade oven fries we've ever had! We're making them for the second time this week tonight; a huge hit in our house. Thanks for the recipe!

These are very good and easy to make. It was a little spicy with the cayenne pepper and I didn't add ANY black pepper. I thought my kids wouldn't like it because they usually don't like spicy but they ate it and said they were really good. I will me making these on the regular.

This was a great change from ordinary baked fries. I used 1 tsp of chicken broth instead of oil to make the paste and added a bit more hot sauce because we like the kick. My husband already is talking about next time! Thank you.

With all these fantastic reviews I guess you don't really need another one, but here it is anyways! These were 'tremendous' (quote BF). I mixed the paste directly in the bag so no cleaning up at all afterwards! I was surprised how nice and crispy they got even with the small amount of oil. I used parchment paper instead of aluminium foil so I didn't need to use any oil at all to bake them apart from the bit that's already in the paste! This is defenitely one to keep!
