Wonderful! I had Mexican oregano, but it blended well with all the spices. This is an explosion of taste. Easy to throw together and store. Nice on grilled chicken. Thanks, Charlotte, for a keeper. Made for ZWT5, Genies of Gourmet.

I ran out of cajun spice and had all the ingredients for this recipe. It is very similar to the one I buy, no need for me to buy anymore. This is perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe Charlotte. Made this recipe and used it in Lorac's Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta.

This was an amazing rub. I used it on a flattened chicken on the BBQ. I put the rub under the skin so it could flavor the meat. Will be making again.

Charlotte J. What a winner. I have not yet used the mix on chicken or pork. I have used it on potatoes, mashed potatoes, steak. (I cooked the potatoes, sliced them 1" thick, put on the rub and warmed them up on the BBQ.) I put the mix in small spice jars then gave them to friends as gifts.
