    I made 1/2 a recipe and used some of it in Prudhomme's Cajun Cauliflower #85029. It was excellent, hot enough to warm the tongue but not so hot you have to stop eating. If it's not hot enough for you it's easily fixed. Just add more cayenne or some white pepper. This is going to be great to have on hand whenever cajun seasoning is required. Thanks, Dancer.
