Roasted Garlic and Balsamic Marinade

This is a great Cajun Seasoning. I only used 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper and didn't have white pepper but still only used 1 tsp of black pepper and it was plenty spicy for me and I LOVE spicy. I added 1 tsp. of salt as well. The flavor is really great. I suggest start with the minimum on the white/black pepper and cayenne pepper, taste it and decide how much more you want. I used it with Bayou Pasta with Chicken recipe # 264362 and it was a fantastic and easy meal. I look forward to using this on many dishes.

Loved this mix. I didn't have the white pepper either, so I just used all fresh cracked black pepper. I also added a teaspoon kosher salt. Sprinkled generously on a couple of steak and grill them. It was wonderful. I now have a containter with the name and recipe number written on it. It will be a staple in my pantry.

I didn`t have white pepper so I used a black pepper. I did add 1 teaspoon salt. I keep salt on the counter beside my stove for seasoning as I cook but I`ve been using this as my stove side seasoning for pork, chicken, shrimp, & veggies. Less salt more kick!
