Caffe Noche by Paul Bassett

Paul Bassett is an Australian barista world champion and this is adapted from his creation. Similar to an affogato but with it's own spin.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons double cream
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 teaspoons nutella
- 40 ml freshly brewed espresso
- hazelnuts, roasted & crushed to serve
Directions

Lightly whisk the cream & honey until thickened.2
Pour nutella into a warmed martini glass and pour espresso over the top.3
Top with the honey cream & hazelnuts, serve with biscotti.

This was a lovely drink. I enjoyed it very much. It was rich, thick, creamy and smooth. I loved the addition of the nutella to this small coffee. Thanks for sharing Amanda.
