This is wonderful. I am a huge fan of coffee flavored desserts and this is easy, delicious and impressive. I also drizzled a little kahlua over the whipped topping when serving. Very nice, tastes decadent and wonderful!

This needs more than 5 stars!! I used whipped cream, instant coffee, and Kahlua. Softened the ice cream a bit in the microwave to make it easier to combine with the whipped cream mixture. For the chocolate covered coffee beans I combined instant coffee, cocoa powder, and just a bit of sugar. Sprinkled this over the top of the ice cream and enjoyed!! I didnt take a photo this time but such a pretty and elegant dessert!
