I am always looking for new and delicious ways to prepare pork chops. These are delicious, easy to put together and use things that are in most people's pantries. A real family pleaser. Serve with rice pilaf and a green vegetable.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup creamy caesar salad dressing
  • 4 pork loin chops with bone (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (1 oz)

Directions

  1. 1
Heat oven to 375*F. Spray a 12 X 8 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2
In pie pan or shallow dish, mix flour and Italian seasoning. Pour dressing into another pie pan or shallow dish.
  3. 3
Coat both sides of each pork chop with the flour mixture; dip into dressing, coating both sides well. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Discard any remaining flour and dressing.
  4. 4
Bake uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.

I misread the recipe. Spread the caesar dressing on first. Then coated them with wheat flour, Italian seasoning and grated parmesan. We really enjoyed them. Served with roasted potatoes. Yummy! Will try according to directions next time for comparison.

Very good dish and easy too. We enjoyed them and mine looked just like the picture, nicely browned even without broiling.

Great pork chop recipe! I used boneless loin chops which I pounded thinner. I did have one problem which I quickly solved...When I dipped the first pork chop in the ceasar dressing, nearly all of it stuck to it!!!! I brushed it off, and from then on used a pastry brush to generously brush the dressing on both sides. Mine did not brown the way I would have liked them to, but the flavor was out of this world!!!

These are OMG the very best pork chops. My DH said, he wants his pork chops cooked like this from now on also they deserve more than 5 stars. They are so moist, tender and super easy to make. I made them just like the recipe stated. Thank you for posting the recipe, I will be making them again & again!
