Pasta in a light Caesar sauce topped with crisp, browned croutons.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Drain.
  4. 4
    Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except croutons and Parmesan cheese in large bowl.

    Add cooked pasta; stir to combine.
  6. 6
    Spoon pasta mixture into ungreased 2-quart round casserole.
  7. 7
    Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
  8. 8
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and croutons are golden brown.

    Wonderful dish. I followed the recipe as stated, using fat free Caesar dressing and then spread crushed croutons on top of the dish.

    Huge hit at our house! I did make some adjustments: used 8oz thin spaghetti, 1 cup dressing, 3/4 cup broth and omitted the onion and peppers (family preference). I also crushed up the croutons, which were garlic and cheese flavored. I sprinkled on some Italian seasoning to the top of the casserole before baking. I think DH ate 3 helpings. Thanks for posting!

    Very good. I followed the recipe as written, but, I think the next time I make it I will add more Caesar dressing.
