Tastes like an apple "cabbage" dessert cobbler or something! I loved it and thought it was quite creative. I've had apples and cabbage together many times, but as more of a savory dish. I had to guess at the amount of sugar, so I used 1 tsp and tossed it with the apples and cinnamon. I used a 13 x 9 baking dish and was able to do 2 layers. This is a great side to pork or chicken; perfect for autumn. Thanx for posting. I'll make this again.
