We had company for breakfast this morning and I decided to make pancakes. I came to Zaar and found this recipe and made Homemade pancake syrup to go along with the pancakes. Turned out great!! Our company was very please and so was I
These were fluffy and had just the right texture. Thanks for posting your kids favorite breakfast pancakes

These were super easy to make and tasted great. I had buttermilk from another recipe and so I thought I would try these. I am so glad I did. My toddlers loved them and I ate 3. I don't even like pancakes.
I can't wait until my DH tries them he is the one in the family that already loves pancakes. I didn't beat the eggs first, just missed that part, but I whisked them with the buttermilk then added to the dry ingredients. The resulting pancakes were light fluffy and quite flavorful. I will never use a pancake mix again. Thank you Barb for a recipe we will be using again and again.
