This was a great side dish...I served with Hamburger Diane #384790 and it was perfect...What a great dinner for a rainy Thursday night!

Very good! I added a little garlic to ours and served with 40 clove chicken. Would make a great side for many dishes! Thanks a bunch this is a keeper

This was wonderful. I did add minced garlic to the butter and sauteed and browned at once. What could be better than Parmesan rice with butter and garlic... mmmm. Thanks!

This was lovely! I cut down on the butter by half and didn't add the parsley {I forgot}. Also, just mixed room temp butter and cheese right into the hot rice. Perfect elegant side dish with no effort.
