These made me feel like a kid again! They were delicious served with Pork Steak and Sauerkraut. I had the leftovers a few days later with Crock-Pot Roast Pork and the gravy was a great addition as the prior review suggested. I'll definitely be enjoying these again! Made and enjoyed for PAC Spring '09.

These are to die for. A staple in my home as a child. Nobody grates potatoes anymore, now just cut up the spuds and put them in a blender or processer. I usually add salt and black pepper to the mix before boiling We used to add chopped onion to the bacon and add the kluslies into the frying pan to mix and brown them a bit. Apple sauce goes great with this but the pork gravey goes well with this also.
