This recipe was given to me over 20 years ago by our favorite checker at the grocery store, My adult children still eat it. The sandwich isn't really burnt. These are very quick to make so the time I posted is a guess.

This was good and easy to make. I had eaten fried bologna before but never on a tortillas. It was something different but I do prefer it on bread. Made the recipe as written and used the optional mayonnaise. Good lunch recipe.

Just made this two weeks ago and gave it 5*, made it again for my son t-day, today WOULD have been a 2* due to the bologna I used-not due to the recipe, MY opinion do not use Oscar Mayer-too salty, first time I used Wunderbar German Bologna-whole different taste!

hi mom, yes i do still love this recipe. and i use real butter to make them and the butter along with the bologna is what make this a great quick snack or meal. i try to use khans (sp?) from the actual deli to make it.
