Got this from the gym that I belong too - don't know why - it's not exactly low-fat, but it's absolutely delicious. The first day I got it, I halved the recipe and DH and I ate the entire thing!

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chips or crackers or raw vegetables (for dipping)

This is a great, easy recipe. I made it for a New Year's Eve potluck and it got rave reviews.I served it with tortilla chips. It tastes just like you're eating chicken wings with ranch dip, but without worrying about the bones. What could be better? This recipe was really easy to make. I left out the celery (some of my family don't like it) but it tasted just fine without. Next time I think I'd leave off the grated cheddar too.

Good — I used canned chicken so I rinsed it first in an effort to lose some of that canned-chicken saltiness, added a little chopped onion, and cut the hot sauce back to about 3 oz., which was plenty hot enough. Served with tortilla chips. I think next time I will stir the cheese into the mixture instead of putting it on top; it tended to clump up that way. Thanks!
