Smoked Salmon and Capers over Linguini

Turned out wet like others have said, I added between 1/3 to 1/2 cup of oatmeal to the mixture to dry it up some, it worked well. I followed the recipe exactly other wise, and used my own wing sauce. I cooked this on the Foreman grill for fear it would fall apart on my regular grill. I basted once with the wing sauce, should have probably done it a 2nd time.

Like other reviewers, I thought the meat mixture was a little wet so I added breadcrumbs. I grilled these on the George Foreman. I love the flavors in this, and I will make it again. And again.

Oh YUM! I really enjoyed these a lot. I used ground chicken, and as I was in a hurry I mixed the blue cheese into the patties and they turned out fine! I also added about 1/8 c oatmeal because the mix was a bit wet. They were especially good with a little bit more sauce mixed with low cal ranch on top. Thanks so much--this recipe is definitely a keeper!

We enjoyed these. I used ground turkey instead of chicken, just because that's what I had on hand. The mix felt pretty wet & I wasn't sure it would hold together, so I added in a good-sized handful of oatmeal and wound up with six patties instead of four. I also added some parsley to the mix for a little color. My husband didn't think he'd like these at all, but he ended up eating the leftovers the next day for lunch.
I'll be keeping this recipe to make again- thanks for sharing!
