A Weight Watcher recipe that I found and adapted from a recipe website. 8 servings are 5.5 pts, 6 servings are 7.3 points, and if you add 17 slices turkey pepperoni that will add 2 points to the whole recipe.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2
In a skillet over medium heat brown meat, stirring to crumble.
  3. 3

  4. 4
Add vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, black olives, etc.) and pepperoni.
  5. 5
Add quartered biscuits; stir gently until biscuits are covered with sauce.
  6. 6
Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  7. 7
    Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. 8
Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
  9. 9
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Perfect amount of ingredients, tasted great, and what I truly loved about this recipe is that the biscuits cooked thoroughly. I've made recipes that are similar to this but the amt. of the ingredients were too much and it weighted the dough down and certain areas were raw. Thank you Cookin' Mommy!

Just got done eating this, and I'm stuffed. I ran my own ingredients through the tracker on WW, and I came up with 7 points for 8 servings. Hubby really liked it, so we'll definitely be making this again. I added a few red pepper flakes for a little heat, and used an italian cheese blend. Otherwise, made as written.

I made this for lunch today and 2 out of 3 children liked it allot (which is wonderful in my book)! I used 1 pound of lean sausage instead of the ground beef. We thought that the ratio of meat to sauce was just right. I have made other bubble up pizzas before and if you get too much sauce, the biscuits won't cook all the way through and tend to get soggy. This is an easy dish, that is very filling and something I will make again. Thanks so much CookinQTGranny!

I probably enjoyed this more than my family but I thought there was too much meat for the amount of sauce. It's the sauce I love! Will play around with this because it is so easy to make!
