Really tasty thanks Derf. I used a mix of red and green capscum and cheddar cheese as that's what I had on hand. I only used one tomato and had plenty of topping.

Derf - this was so tasty and good!! Used red pepper instead of green and grilled on the BBQ (then put it in a dish under broil in the oven for a couple of minutes) but made the rest as is! Thanks for a wonderful dinner Derf!

This is so yummy. And the patties were moist. And full of flavours. Instead of adding parsley to the topping, I added dried Italian seasoning. I had seasoned dry breadcrumbs. I didn't use cayenne pepper. Instead of green pepper, I used red. The cheese was mozzarella. I didn't use the onion cause I thought it would not be cooked enough for us. The topping was delicious. Nothing was waster. Thanks Derf. Made for Alphabet chef game

Well, burgers are always a hit in my house and this one was a great find! The bread crumbs and egg give the beef patties a moister texture as well as great flavor from the herb seasoning. I went light on the cayenne because DH can be a little wimpy but I would use the whole amount next time. I was able to use some fresh tomatoes and a pepper from the garden. Loved the bruschetta topping. Sliced up some fresh mozzarella and broiled about 5 minutes till brown and melted. We did the patties themselves on foil on the grill. They stuck to the foil a little bit so I would be sure to spray the foil with some cooking spray next time. Served these on soft onion rolls with home made refrigerator pickles. Thanks for a great meal!!
