Well this tasted good, but the shrimp were sort of tough. It might have been the shrimp, though. I'll try this again.

This dish is so great. My boyfriend loves shrimp and i decided to try this. He said it was better than the shrimp you would get in a restaurant. I also used Emerald's seasoning salt and melted butter and poured over it before I cooked it.

Man, this was wonderful!!! Son, Hubby and I all enjoyed. I also agree that 2 lbs. of shrimp could be used. We cut olive oil by 1/2 and still was plenty moist and tasty! THANKS!
