I had trouble with this recipe, the egg/cheese mixture did not seem to rise enough, it took twice as long to bake and I ended up with dry, crispy broccoli and very little filling!

I used cheddar instead of mozzarella, since that's what I had on hand. I was afraid the crust was going to turn out soggy, but it was fine. It seemed too easy to possibly be good, but I was entirely wrong. I did have to bake it a bit longer than 30 mintues though. It was super yummy! Thanks muchly!

This dish was terrific! Sooo easy to make. And so tasty! I made it almost to the letter. I used shredded mozzarella and used cheddar too. I added diced ham. I forgot the salt & pepper so I used a little onion salt once it was done. FABULOUS!!! It's a keeper! Thanks for sharing!
P.S.- I have been a little skiddish to use the zaar's untried/not rated recipes until today. I'm sure there are a lot of gems here. You made me want to try more! Thanks.
