Broccoli Casserole

Quick and easy! This recipe can be prepared the night before, just pop it in the oven the day of the event. It is so simple.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

    Thaw broccoli in warm water, then drain.
  2. 2
    Melt 1 stick of butter, with the velveeta cheese.
  3. 3
    Mix broccoli into the melted cheese and butter. Then put mixture into a non-stick 8x8 casserole dish.
  4. 4
    Crush the crackers, and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
  5. 5
    Melt the last stick of butter and pour over the dish.
  6. 6
    Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
