Really good. Making this again and again. I used about 1/3 -1/4 of a giant bag of broccoli florets from Costco instead of frozen. Thank you!

I had a taste for broccoli casserole, and had everything on hand except for the onions, but decided to go ahead and made anyhow. It turned out swell. My husband even commented on how good it was. I did top with a sleeve of Ritz crackers before baking for a nice little crunch. Will make again. Thanks for sharing.

We really loved this casserole. I used sharp cheddar cheese and Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic... and we really enjoyed the way this turned out. I think if I hadn't used the sharp cheddar, and the soup with roasted garlic, there would not have been quite as much flavor shining through as there was. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe! Easy to prepare, and tastes great without too much sauciness. I topped mine with some crushed Ritz crackers for an added touch. Delicious! Thanks for posting.
