I like this recipe, because its so simple and easy.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a medium sauce pan, cook broccoli and onion until tender, drain.

    In large bowl add remaining ingredients.
  3. 3
    Add broccoli and onion.
  4. 4
    Mix well.

    Put in a 13x9 baking dish.

    Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes .

    This is a good casserole. I made this last night with baked chicken and noodles. I liked the fact that it set up nice, I wasn't sure with all the wet ingredients. I will make this again. I didn't use 20 oz. of broccoli, I used a 16oz. pkg. and it worked out just fine. Thank you for posting, it was yummy.

    We really loved this casserole. I used sharp cheddar cheese and Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic... and we really enjoyed the way this turned out. I think if I hadn't used the sharp cheddar, and the soup with roasted garlic, there would not have been quite as much flavor shining through as there was. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe! Dianne

    Easy to prepare, and tastes great without too much sauciness. I topped mine with some crushed Ritz crackers for an added touch. Delicious! Thanks for posting.
