easy and turned out great! I was apprehensive about the mayo as well...but was pleasantly surprised with this side dish. Thanks for the great recipe.

Simple, tasty comfort food. Great recipe. I used fresh broccoli that I microwaved until crisp-tender. I also sauteed the onions in a bit of butter. The dish was very good. (I don't even like broccoli and I had three helpings!) Thanks!

We really loved this casserole. I used sharp cheddar cheese and Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic... and we really enjoyed the way this turned out. I think if I hadn't used the sharp cheddar, and the soup with roasted garlic, there would not have been quite as much flavor shining through as there was. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe! Easy to prepare, and tastes great without too much sauciness. I topped mine with some crushed Ritz crackers for an added touch. Delicious! Thanks for posting.
