Two vegetables that are dear to my dining room table! This recipe, however, is current & comes from the 13 Mar 07 issue of Woman's World. It's just one more way to jazz up these two veggies!

Only made for two, & was a very good side dish. Sauted chopped onion & red pepper in butter after micro'ing the veggies. Oops, forgot the parsley. Used our CSA broc & cauli.

This is very good. I had a 1/4 head of broccoli and another 1/4 head cauliflower and was looking for something to use it up in. Since it was just 3 of us tonight I thought this recipe would be perfect to use them up. I was right. Flavorful and easy to prepare. I'm not a fan of frozen broccoli or cauliflower so this was perfect. THank you so much for sharing this with us, I will make a full batch next time cuz I know my whole family will love it.

Excellent flavors. I actually liked the addition of the dried onion flakes and thought that added a nice flavor. I only used broccoli because that is what I had. Will make this again. Made for Zaar Stars

I steamed my veggies, but am just getting used to my bamboo steamer, so they got a little mushy, but the kids ate the whole thing (stalks and all!) Nice change to plain broccoli and easy to make.
