This was a very nice drink. I used lime sherbert for this, but found that it didn't sit well with the ginger ale.

My daughter requested I make a sherbert punch for her wedding and since I was crazy busy, I was looking for an easy recipe. I made this one with rainbow sherbert and it was gone in no time. Everybody loved it! Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful, quick and easy. I served it at a wedding office shower and it was a big hit. It taste exactly like a creamsicle (orange push-up popsicle.)

This was a great punch recipe. I'd recommend chilling the pineapple juice and gingerale prior to making it. Also, set the ice cream out about 20-30 minutes before you make it. I gave it 4 stars because of it being really sweet, and I prefer just a tad more kick. Next time, I'd add more gingerale and less pineapple. It was really good, though. Don't get me wrong. I'd make this again.
