Great for either really.

SERVES 1 , 1 sandwich (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Plug in sandwich maker to get warm.
  2. 2
    Butter bread and place buttered sides together.
  3. 3
    Spread marmalade on bread slice.
  4. 4
    Combine banana and ricotta and spoon onto slice.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. 6
    Layer slice onto sandwich maker, then top with Second slice. Ensure buttered slices are facing outwards.

    Cook for 5 minutes or until bread is golden.

What a great idea, never thought of using the jaffle maker for brekky. I really enjoyed this but used blueberry jam instaed of marmalade, very tasty, thanks for posting!
