My whole family loves these potatoes! I had some like this during a beach trip once and was so happy to find the recipe on here!

Fantastic potato recipe. I use it instead of french fries with my burger meals. I reduced the salt and added some crushed red pepper for a little zing. My boys love these....easy, tasty, and satisfying!!

Doubled recipe and made it with Christmas breakfast. It was okay, but I don't think I would make it again. Just a preference, but our family likes things that are a little more special and not so everyday ingredients for holiday meals. Thanks for the recipe.
