This is one of my favorites on the South Beach diet. I usually eat this for breakfast or for a snack; it really satisfies my "sweet tooth". For those on South Beach, count the pecans as part of your daily nut allowance.

    Combine cottage cheese and sugar substitute.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon (no limit) and top with pecan halves.

    I'm surprised! A little skeptical but the reviews convinced me to give this a try. I'm glad I did. I'm sure I will make this again. I might use a tad less sweetner next time.

    I have been eating this for years while on Weight Watchers. For a treat, you can add 1/2 chopped apple - allowed in SBD Phase 2 or 3.

    Started the SBD yesterday and have had these both mornings for breakfast. It's a far cry from a Cinnabon, but it actually smells and somewhat tasts like them. They have kept my app
