Good and easy to make. I followed the recipe other then I added salt and pepper to the egg mixture. I also added the cheese right into the eggs when cooking. We all enjoyed these.

This was easy fast and a great base to add any fixen you like. I did add a touch water to my eggs before scrambling. And used the butter from this Grilled Salmon With Jalapeno Butter recipe that I had leftover. It gave it a nice kick.

DH made thesse all by himself for breakfast and allowed me to sleep! Gotta love that! He really enjoyed this easy recipe and said that it was so much better than stopping at a fast food place for one. He used farm eggs and sharp cheddar. He did of course add lots of salt and pepper bc that is just the way he is. lol Thanks for such a great recipe!
