I got this idea from a Native American chat group I am part of. I made this at work and it premier day I sold 5 which is pretty good. I use my Fried Bread Fried Bread (I Call It Bannock). It turns out fluffy so you have to add this on top.

3 -4 servings (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Make the fried bread.
  2. 2
Meanwhile, mix together eggs, ham and green onion, scramble fry until almost done.
