I was expecting a sweeter tasting bread, but it just tasted like bread with a little smell of peanuts. My DH and I both thought it was awful, but my 5 and 3 yr. olds ate it! I didn't use any gluten and I reversed the order of ingredients in the pan.

Great tasting bread. I didn't have gluten, and it worked fine. I wasn't too sure about the bananas - mashed?? diced?? so I diced them and it worked well.

This was really great! I am always looking for something easy that has little or no sugar for a snack for my son. I used 1 overripe banana I had in my freezer. It worked just fine and my son loved it!
