Bread Machine Cinnamon Bread

I came up with this recipe accidentally and it was so good I had to make it again. It's good warm or cold--definitely a keeper.

SERVES 16 , 2 loaves (change servings and units)

    Add milk, water, melted butter, egg, salt, flour, sugar and yeast to bread machine on dough cycle and run machine.

    Roll out dough into a 12x16-inch rectangle.
  3. 3
    Melt 1 T butter and spread on dough to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  4. 4
    Mix sugars and cinnamon together and spread over dough.
  5. 5
    Roll dough up and cut in half. (The roll should be 16 inches long.).
  6. 6
    Pinch ends closed.
  7. 7
    Place in bread pans.
  8. 8
    Let rise for 1 hour.
  9. 9
    Preheat oven to 375°F.
  10. 10
    Bake for 20 minutes.
  11. 11
    Let cool for about 10 minutes then dump out of bread pans and let cool on wire rack.

I thought this bread turned out pretty good. The filling turned out great and gave the bread just the right amount of sweetness. The bread was good, though when I cooked it the inside was not quite done so I had to cook it about five more minutes. I also made a glaze which really spiced it up. Thanks for the recipe I would make it again.
