Chicken With Tarragon, Garlic & Olives
From: WI Cheesehead
On Oct 15, 2008
I had 2 turkey thighs and a bunch of chicken thighs which I threw in. I used bok choy for the celery and Sake for the alcohol. Left out the olives and forgot the rosemary. I put it all in the crockpot on low for about 5 hours and then added some starch to thicken the sauce. Put over rice and it was very good. Kids ate it over the rice (which they usu. don't do). It made a ton!
Made for Zaar Tag.
