Great recipe. I also made my own alfredo sauce and it turned out delicious!

My husband LOVED this. He bought some alfredo sauce and asked me to make him something, well of course I looked here first. I didn't have bow tie pasta so I used spiral and I only had the broccoli, cauliflower, carrot medley so I used that. My husband said to keep this in my cookbook to use again, he has added it to his favorites.

Definite kid-pleaser, as my picky 4 y/o cleaned his plate and asked for a second helping. I was searching for a recipe that called for jarred alfredo sauce, broccoli and pasta and came upon this one. I added some ham that I had leftover. I did use a 16 oz jar of sauce, 10 oz of noodles and doubled the seasoning and cheese ingredients. I also used fresh broccoli and added 1 1/2 - 2 cups of cubed cooked ham. A great recipe for those busy weeknights and also a great recipe to use up leftover ham. I'll be making this again; DH enjoyed it as much as our son. Thanks for posting!

Wow! I can't believe how easy this was! What's more amazing, EVERYONE loved it! That is a hard thing to come by in my family! Even though it was one of two dishes I prepared, there still wasn't enough of this dish to satisfy them! I used a little more than 10 ounces of alfredo sauce, because the jar I had on hand was a little bigger. Also, I simply baked it in the oven for 20 minutes, then uncovered it for 5 with the oven off. (I didn't want it to get too dry.) I omitted the parmesan cheese because I was a little forgetful! Very Very good--Oh, and I loved the idea of cooking the broccoli (I used fresh broccoli) with the bow tie pasta like that! Thank you so much for sharing this easy and tasty recipe! It was very popular!
