This was very good! I made it for a party and everyone enjoyed it. I marinated it for about 26 hours. The chicken was tender and tasty and the left overs were wonderful.

I really liked this dish. Anything with bourbon in it is a hit with me! I did cut back on the soy sauce to about 3/4 cup and added an extra tablespoon and a half of bourbon. Very, very good. We will be having it again.

We really liked this. I did use the Splenda brown sugar, because we are trying to cut back on sugar, and it still was great! Thanks for posting!

Luvs2Cook, this was super. I took the liberty and made a couple changes. I doubled the sauce, added about a tsp. of red pepper flakes and I added frozen broccoli to give my guests a vegetable. I served it over steamed rice. A big hit and I have been asked to make it again. Thank you for sharing your recipe and helping in the the Recipe request forum.
