taste just like the brand name sweet(candy) very easy to make get the kids to help out.

SERVES 24 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix the milk and coconut together.
  2. 2
    Then add enough icing sugar to form a stiff dough which will form balls.
  3. 3
    Form small balls and leave to set on a tray until all the mixture is used.
  4. 4
    Place the tray into a fridge to set (overnight is best).
  5. 5
    Coat the ball in melted choc and leave to set.
  6. 6
    This is just like eating Bounty bars.
  7. 7
    Time is setting time minimum would be 4 hours.

    Really brilliant, does taste exactly like a bounty, but I can't get the chocolate covering to not melt at room temperature! What have I done wrong!!????
