I'm not much of a Boston Market fan, but my family loves their stuff. So when I came across the recipes on this site, I used this one for the potatoes and they like it. They say it's really close to the real deal, so thanks for submitting this recipe JustaQT. I'm gonna have to give it a four, only because they didn't say they "love" it.

These potatoes were very good but I would use unsalted butter next time, they were too salty, and normally that doesn't bother us.

Boston Market's potatoes are not "browned." When I make my version, I just melt butter and garlic salt together while the potatoes are boiling. When the potatoes are done, slice them into wedges and pour the melted butter/garlic salt over the potatoes. Add salt, pepper and dried dill (yeah in the little container) to the mixture to taste. My husband has told me that the way I make them is just like Boston Market, only better. Gotta love him!

I wasn't terribly impressed with this recipe; it was not very tasty. Perhaps an increase in the amount of garlic. I love these potatoes at Boston Market and to me the way they are made is more like just boiled and seasoned. I thought the browning spoiled them. I may try these again using the changes I mentioned. Thanks.
