Its yummmmmmmy! This recipe was passed on to me by my cousin sis, Anju Bhagchandani and I can't thank her enough for it. Its a dessert enjoyed at any time of the year, on any occassion and by anyone and everyone no matter how young or old. It tastes too good and the colour is a beautiful baby pink. Enjoy!

Hi Charishma Ramchandani, what a treat! Not diet-friendly but who is counting? We have made this with Wild Strawberry jello and a combination of strawberries, bananas and kiwi and it was wonderful! Have also made it the way it is posted with sugar-free(what a joke - that was all we had) Strawberry-Banana jello and it was great too, what is not to like? Thank you for posting such a nice dessert, Diane :=)

I have tried this with orange gelatin and mandarin slices. The strawberry sounds great too. So simple yet so wonderful.
