It's 102 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of vodka, half a bunch of bananas, it's dark out, and we're wearing sunglasses. Hit it!

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce white wine
  • 1/2 ounce light rum
  • 1/2 ounce creme de banane
  • 1/2 ounce blue curacao
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grenadine
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

  2. 2
    Pour into serving glass.

Very refreshing and worthy of 5 stars! Even though I substituted creme of coconut for the banana and used triple sec in place of the blue curacao, it made a very fruity and tasty drink which I will definitely make again : )
